OPINION | "One way or another, members of Congress should condemn Trump’s abuses of power. By defending his own misdeeds as no big deal, he is eroding norms of acceptable presidential behavior." by @marty_lederman, @benjaminwittes via @TheAtlantic:
BREAKING: #LindseyGrahamResign has been tweeted out over 20,000 times since @TheDemCoalition started to promote it this morning. Graham SHOULD resign. Him telling Don Jr to ignore a Senate subpoena is more than enough to warrant his resignation. Everyone who retweets this agrees.
Replying to @Lawrence: Warning: watching this video or retweeting it could upset Lindsey Graham. A lot.
If GOP Senate fails to convict Trump after the House impeaches, he will be prosecuted by a new DoJ after he loses in 2020. His ONLY way out is to be convicted and ousted by the GOP Senate and have Pence pardon him before they are gone. Trump is cornered. cc: @realDonaldTrump
Food for thought...
Trump says of @IlhanMN, "she's got a way about her that's very very bad for our country."
That's not a critique of her policy views. It's racist dog-whistling to his base that she is "other," "foreign" -- straight from the anti-Muslim hate groups' playbook.
